Scheduled Worry Time

I'm sharing in the joy, that it will bring some of you the much needed space & well-being you deserve ✨

I used this timely idea when I was going through pressing concerns in the past. It worked beautifully.

I've drawn on it again just recently and experienced the same magic benefit.

Try it out and let me know how it goes ...

Set aside a "worry 1/2 hour or hour time slot" each day. Late afternoon is most fruitful. Whenever a worrying thought about the future, presents itself, commit to setting it aside until your scheduled "worry time".

I've found that I get to my worry time and I've forgotten half the things that invaded my thoughts during the day 😂🥳
