Deeper Inspiration

“I need some deeper inspiration“

This is something I hear often around stimulating both Eating Well and Moving Regularly.  Lack of motivation can sometimes be tracked to  not having a clear sense of why you’re doing what you’re doing and finding that strong connection to the intuitive and logical “why”.

Think about what is important to you right now.  Why are you wanting this change or this remedy?  Why is this thing really important to you?  Of course this isn’t a magic cure for those times when you may not feel like getting out and moving or kindly pushing away the offered unhelpful food, but if you stay connect to your rationalisation of why this thing really matters to you, it will have a huge payoff.

Is it time to remedy your tendency to wait for an external drive to strike you into action like lightening?  Do you habitually wait around to feel motivated? I’ve noticed both with myself and my clients that sometimes it is actually the result of taking action that motivates us all.  More often it’s about breaking that friction by just doing the thing, instead of waiting around to feel the feeling or desire to get moving or the very right time in life to start to look seriously at what we are eating and if it is serving us well.

This is why committing to a program can be extremely!
