Flexibility is a Force Multiplier
Try doing this with limited range of motion. People with good flexibility can use their strength through wider ranges of motion, so they can do things other people just can’t.
If you want to up your performance at crossfit, running, climbing, football, golf, rowing, gardening etc then you will need to improve your flexibility where your body needs it in these activities. I strongly suggest you spend ten minutes as many days of the week that you can, on developing freedom in your movements. Do it to enable you to excel in the activities that are meaningful to you!
Here are a few exercise videos demonstrating simple techniques to improve flexibility in your legs and hips. Concentration on these areas will allow you to apply your strength through wider ranges of motion ie: deeper more stable squats, lunges and deadlifts!
