Remorseless Dark Chocolate

Monk fruit powder is so sweet & versatile. It doesn’t raise blood sugar, yet I find it super sweet with the bitter aftertaste of other sweeteners. Go lightly with this delectable antioxidant treat ❤︎

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup organic cocoa butter (roughly chopped)

1/2 cup raw organic cacao powder

1/2 tsp Organic Monk Fruit (adjust to your taste)

1 - 2 tbsp organic coconut milk

2 drops of (pacificscents.com.au) Sweet Fennel Organic Food Grade essential oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the cocoa butter in a double boiler & heat on medium to high, gently bringing the water to a simmer, allowing most of the butter to melt. Remove from heat as soon as the last bits melt. Immediately mix in the cacao powder, monk fruit powder, coconut milk & sweet fennel essential oil. Don’t let your chocolate set or it will be impossible to pour. Pour into moulds or ice-cube trays and allow to set in the fridge. I store mine in the freezer - a must in summer.
