How to Prep for the Covid Vaccination
The vaccine โฆ itโs a big area of unknown. But letโs focus on what we have a deeper understanding of, at present, to reduce possible reactions.
The spike proteins generated from the mRNA are very inflammatory and very immunogenic. Simplified, to reduce potential reactions to the vaccination we should support the reduction of inflammation in your body before you get your jab.
๐ Bring a cold pack with you and place it on the site of the injection as soon as you can, as this will block the immune reaction. Once you get home, continue using a cold pack throughout the day. If you continue to have immune reactions the following day, have cold showers and continue with the cold press. Super important!
๐ Take fish oil. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), one of the omega 3 fatty acids found in fish oil supplements, is a potent immune suppressant. If you take high dose EPA you will be more susceptible to infections, because it is a powerful immune suppressant. However, in the case of an immune adjuvant reaction, you want to reduce it. Studies show that if you take EPA oil one hour before injecting a very powerful adjuvant called lipopolysaccharide (LPS), it would completely block the ability of the LPS to cause brain inflammation. Take a moderate dose every day and more if needed to tame a cytokine storm.

I recommend the following for a month before, and at least two months post jab;
๐ฟ Optimise your Vitamin D levels. While natural sources of vitamin D can raise concentrations, these sources are regarded as ineffective to maintain winter concentrations in the range needed in this instance of (120-125 nmol/L). Vitamin D supplementation-related adverse effects, such as hypercalcemia and hypercalciuria are rare and usually result from taking extremely high doses of vitamin D for a prolonged time.
๐ฟ Reduce gluten and dairy in your diet
๐ฟ. Avoid food intolerances
๐ฟ. Reduce alcohol
๐ฟ. Pull back on sugars
๐ฟ. Take a practitioner quality Quercetin supplement (dihydrate is my preferred form).
๐ฟ Infrared sauna and cold exposure (small doses of both)
๐ฟ Epsom salt baths daily for 14 days
