If you ignore your intuition with anything, (choice of friends, lovers, food, alcohol, movement, following, adventure, speaking, etc) you will always suffer the consequences. From the smallest to the biggest things in life, when you ignore your intuition, which is so closely linked to who we are, things can quickly become confusing.

I use to forget this, but slowly I am learning to tune in. That seems to be part of the unexamined human state - to remember, to forget, to be asleep, to be awake and that is why I meditate. Meditation provides a door for me, an entry to remembering and awakening.
