It is so important that you can clearly see the impact of your fitness or nutrition program on your body composition, including your fat mass, hydration, muscle mass and muscle segmental balance (right and left muscle development and top and lower body muscle development), muscle tensile quality, visceral fat, metabolic age and your daily minimum level of calories needed to feel energetic.
